This unique experience blends the calming essence of yoga with the gentle rhythm of the water, offering a peaceful yet invigorating challenge to your balance and focus. Led by Mat or Olivia, you’ll flow through poses on the water, surrounded by nature’s tranquility.
Please note: This is not a paddle board lesson. Participants must have basic swimming skills and prior paddle boarding experience.
What You’ll Need to Bring:
- Your own paddle board
- A properly fitting life jacket (must be on board, but does not need to be worn during the session)
- Paddle board leash (required for safety)
- Swimwear
