Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to move mindfully during this season, this series offers safe, effective movement tailored to your changing body—while helping you prepare for birth and recovery.
Each week builds progressively, combining gentle yet effective exercises with intentional breathwork, supportive movement patterns and pelvic floor exercises.
