If you’re unable to attend a class, please cancel your reservation through your online account at least 4 hours before the scheduled class time.
If you need to cancel within the 4-hour window, please call or text 780-598-9642, and we will remove you from the class.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a $15 fee or the loss of a class credit, depending on your membership or package.
Please note that cancellations sent through social media will not be accepted.
-
If you’re running late for class, please call or text 780-598-9642 to let us know. We allow a 5 minute grace period after the scheduled class start time.
The grace period is meant to accommodate the occasional delay, not something to depend on regularly. If late arrivals become frequent, our front desk team may limit or deny entry to class.
We also ask that you be respectful of your instructor and fellow members, as arriving after class has begun can disrupt the flow of the session and the experience for others.
-
If it’s your first time visiting our studio, please arrive 10–15 minutes before class. This gives us time to show you around the space, answer any questions, and help you get settled before class begins.
If you haven’t already created an online account or completed our waiver form, these will need to be done prior to entering the class.

The building’s main doors are open from 6am to 6pm. If you’re attending a class outside of these hours, please call or text us so we can let you in.

If you have an injury, please let your instructor know at the start of class so they can offer suitable modifications and guidance.
If you are recovering from a serious injury, please get clearance from your physician before participating in any classes to ensure your safety.

If you feel comfortable exercising, you can participate in most of our classes. Prenatal-friendly classes are clearly marked in the class descriptions when booking through Mindbody.
Please inform your instructor at the beginning of class so they can provide appropriate modifications and guidance if needed. For safety reasons, we cannot allow participation in classes that are not designated as prenatal-friendly.
-
We ask that phones not be brought into the studio during class to respect the privacy and experience of everyone. Please wait until after class to take photos.
If you need to have your phone with you for on-call work or emergency purposes, please let the front desk and your instructor know so they are aware.
