This is a new instructor demo class, offering Logan Tummers an opportunity to practice teaching in a welcoming, community setting. It’s a great chance to support this growing teacher while enjoying a thoughtful and accessible practice.

This will be a Hot Vinyasa yoga class, where movement is synchronized with the breath to create a continuous, flowing practice. Expect a dynamic sequence designed to build strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness in a heated room. Options and modifications will be offered throughout, making the class accessible to a variety of experience levels.
