A Yoga Self Care Day of Renewal and Awakening
As the earth softens and begins to blossom, we gather to honour the shift out of winter’s deep rest and into spring’s vibrant energy, a season of renewal, possibility, and gentle awakening.
Spring Rebirth is a one day immersive self care retreat designed to help you release what feels heavy, reconnect with your inner clarity, and realign with your natural vitality.
Spring carries the energy of emergence. Fresh ideas, tender growth, and renewed direction. Through intentional movement, breath, reflection, rest, and connection, we create space for transformation and plant meaningful seeds for the season ahead.
Retreat Itinerary:
Grounding and Awakening Yoga
A gentle, all levels yoga practice designed to awaken dormant energy and stimulate circulation while building inner warmth. This heart opening, breath centered class is accessible and supportive. No prior experience is needed.
Releasing Ritual
Through guided journaling and meditation, you will consciously let go of winter’s heaviness, old patterns, limiting beliefs, or stagnant energy, creating space for clarity and new growth.
Intention Planting Ceremony
Inspired by the spirit of renewal, you will clarify what you wish to cultivate this season. Through mindful reflection and a symbolic writing exercise, you will plant your intentions with purpose and presence.
Restorative Integration Yoga Nidra
Like seeds resting in fertile soil, you will be guided into deep stillness through Yoga Nidra, a meditative state of conscious rest. As the body softens and the nervous system resets, your intentions settle deeply beneath the surface, ready to bloom. You will leave feeling replenished, grounded, and aligned with spring’s tender energy.
Nourishment and Connection
We will close the day with beautifully prepared, locally sourced snacks and herbal teas. This time is an invitation to connect, share stories, and nurture community, allowing new friendships and deeper roots to form as we welcome the season together.

This retreat is led by Chelsea Laschenko, Registered Psychologist and Yoga Instructor. Chelsea thoughtfully blends therapeutic insight with embodied practice, creating a space that feels grounded, safe, and deeply supportive.
