Summer Rain Yoga Experience

Let the rhythm of nature lead you in this deeply grounding and rejuvenating 60-minute practice , set to the soothing sounds of summer rain, distant thunder, and lush rainforest ambiance.

This all-levels class led by Jana Dixon blends the energizing movement of a Yang flow with the deep, supported stillness of Yin postures—offering the perfect balance of strength and surrender. We’ll begin with mindful, flowing sequences to awaken the body and build gentle heat, then ease into long, passive stretches that invite deep release and calm.

Soft, dim lighting and a tranquil soundscape set the stage for reflection, relaxation, and reconnection. As we move inward, let each breath and drop of rain guide you toward presence and peace.

To complete the experience: enjoy a refreshing cool cloth during Savasana, calming eucalyptus aromatherapy, and take home a hand-tied eucalyptus bouquet—so you can carry the serenity of the practice with you.
